Jordas Krata is an astronomer and geologist from Earth, who becomes telepathically-linked to Yado of the Sargussi tribe. Jordas is instrumental in getting the Naxadans resettled on a different planet which is safer for them to live on, and gets help from the Committee for Resettlement and Colonisation to do so. He also helps the Sargussi and Shiranu tribes become members of the League of Collaborative Planets.
